I have Cleidocranial Dysplasia (CCD), which in my case means that I have only half of my collarbones, scoliosis, a structural leg length discrepancy (and therefore an asymmetrical pelvic shift), hip dysplasia, patella alta, knock knees, and structurally flat feet. I also have many hypermobile joints. Since only one in roughly every one million people has CCD, there is no research as to how to treat it.

After over a decade of seeing multiple physical therapists and doctors but not finding the help I needed, I was forced to figure things out on my own . . . which I eventually did through extensive research and experimentation.

This process included not just learning and trying regular exercise and physical therapy but also learning mindfulness from living in a Zen Buddhist monastery and natural movement from living with Natives in the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest. These unique experiences enabled me to create a training system that truly works.

I use exercise as my primary means of helping people heal from whatever structural problems, pains, or injuries they have. Is your problem scoliosis? Partially or fully missing collarbones? A leg length discrepancy? Plain old back, hip, or knee pain? I’ll ease that up for you within a few weeks. No matter the problem, I’m here to help.

Now, I cannot undo structural problems, nor can I promise that I can make your body as functional as someone without said structural problems – though, of course, Usain Bolt is the fastest man in the world and he has a very significant scoliosis curve – but I can show you how to have the highest functionality and most pain-free life of which your body is capable.
